Sweets and Lovewish *Contest Entry!*

Lovewish is NOT mine, she belongs to BritishMindslave Go see her art, she's awesome!  

Do you KNOW how much of a bitch this was?! Do any of you fathom it?! This was my first background EVER, but I don't think it's too bad.

This is also my first ever DA Contest entry, whee! I've wanted to do a contest, so now with a tablet handy I can do some better work and be very proud to enter it into contests!

The contest specifically is a basic 'Draw my OC with your's' deal, and that was fine. I took at look at the OCs available and I fell in love with Lovewish's design and personality. Sweets has had a lot of hardship in her life, and could use somepony like Lovewish to comfort her. I imagine a pretty emotional conversation, something like this:

Sweets: "So... you're a Bottle Wish Pony?"

Lovewish: "Mhm! Why do you ask?"

Sweets: "W-well, there was a wish I've had for a long time now. Is it possible for my wish to... Bring ponies back?"

Lovewish: "... Back? You mean, back?"

Sweets: *nods*

 Lovewish: "Oh... oh, no dear. There's no magic in the world that can do that. Including mine."

*Crestfallen, Sweets lays down, holding back tears and failing*

Sweets: "Magic can't stop a heart from aching either," *sniff*

Lovewish: *laying beside Sweets, wrapping a wing around her in comfort* "It's part of life, nothing can change it or make it easier to accept... But, I can do something for you."

*Sweets looks up, tears dripping down her face*

Lovewish: "I can be here for you, and give you a friendly shoulder to cry on. And I can help your ease your heart. No magic required."

Sweets: *slowly smiling* "... I think- I think I'd like that..."
